All payments should be made in advance along with the booking form. Payments can be made through online deposit or Pay Order to the following account:

All dues must be cleared by January 15, 2025 (Wednesday). Failure to do so will result in booking cancellation.
Sponsors and stall owners must collect a Clearance Pass from CTGITF Authority to begin work on January 15, 2025 (Wednesday) at the fair venue.
Entry to the fair premises is allowed from 9:00 AM, and all personnel must leave by 10:30 PM daily.
Prefabricated stalls will be handed over on January 15, 2025 (Wednesday) at 9:00 AM. Self-fabricated pavilions or stalls can begin setup from 11:00 PM on January 14, 2025 (Tuesday).
Participants must notify the CTGITF Authority if heavy electrical equipment (e.g., LED panels) will be used in their stall.
Only standard electrical cables and wires should be used to prevent fire hazards.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined by the CTGITF Authority.
All decorative materials must be installed and removed safely to avoid damage to the venue. Any damages will incur penalties.
Participants must stay within their allocated space and avoid obstructing others. Unauthorized objects will be removed without notice.
Participants are responsible for securing valuable items (e.g., laptops, projectors). Items left overnight must be packed and sealed securely. The authority is not liable for losses.
Stalls and surroundings must be kept clean, and littering is prohibited.
Activities disrupting peace or law and order are forbidden.
Stall personnel must wear Fair ID Cards provided by the authority (3 per stall). Entry may be restricted without proper ID.
